Your complete security is assured because both your ATM pin number and Call Federal account numbers are required to gain access to your accounts. To ask for an application, call a Member Services Representative at (804) 274-1200.
- press “2” for loan services,
- press “1” to apply for a loan,
- press “1” for instructions, or
- “2” for new auto loans, or
- “3” for used auto loans, or
- “4” for personal loans, or
- “5” for a Visa credit card.
Afterwards the program will ask if you are a member press “1”, it will ask if you know your PIN number. Then it will request your account number followed by the # sign, and it will request your PIN number followed by the # sign.
Essential information to apply is your phone number, your name, the dollar amount requested, the number of months / term of your loan request, and your address.Call FCU staff member of the credit union will respond to your request within one business day.
