Over the next few months if you use Home Branch you will be asked to enroll in Enhanced Authentication.  You will be asked to create secret questions, an image that only you know as well as a secret password.  All of these items will be used to help verify your identity in the future as well as give you peace of mind when you see your own passmark image online.  The process may take a few minutes, but once set up you will be more secure than ever on Home Branch.

How to enroll?
Visit our Home Branch Enrollment. The system will open to our terms of Disclosure.  After viewing and agreeing to the terms, the enrollment application is accessed for completion.  Choose Home Branch or Bill Pay and Home Branch.  After completion, click on “submit”.  The form is submitted electronically.  Our staff will contact you the next business day with your User ID and Security Code.

Complete the Online Enrollment or e-mail us for an application.
