Call FCU is proud to offer nationwide ATM access through the CU24 network and access through the PLUS network.

Using CU24 ATM’s is Free to Call FCU members, however other network transactions cost $1.00.  (May also be subject to ATM owner’s surcharge)

• You may make 3 transactions up to a total of $750 per business day. (4pm to 4pm)
• For ATM reorders on cards, pin numbers, or inquiries of transactions please call 804-274-1200 or 1-800-796-2328
• Request an ATM application.

If you are traveling overseas it is recommended that you get a Visa Debit card or use traveler's checks instead, since your ATM card may not work in some foreign countries. 

Eight ways to help ensure your safety at an ATM:  

1. Protect your PIN. Don't write it down or share it with anyone.

2. Keep your receipts. Don't leave them at the ATM.

3. Be aware of your surroundings. Watch for suspicious people.

4. Don't go to an ATM alone, especially after dark.

5. Complete your paperwork before you get to the ATM.

6. Don't count your money at the ATM. Count it later.

7. Don't crowd others as they use the ATM and if others crowd you, cancel your transaction.
